The City of Greenville will accept bids for the purchase of assorted items needed for fire suppression activities on a current in-service fire apparatus. The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minor irregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville. The City of Greenville will accept bids for all equipment needed to meet the needs of replacing or updating hose, tools, appliances, and a suppression nozzle for the Public Safety Department. The bid must also include a minimum one year warranty for all parts and labor. Additional specifications regarding specific equipment requested are found on the final page of this document. Once the winning proposal is selected, the City will draft an agreement. Upon bidder approval and execution, it will be presented to Council for approval.
