The City of Tempe is issuing this Invitation for Bid to establish a contract for the purchase and installation of sod and hydro-sprigging and hydro-seeding mixtures. Resulting contracts shall be for an initial two (2) year period, with three (3), one-year renewal periods. Question Deadline: 11/27/2023 at 5:00 PM MT, All Inquiries Must Be Directed to: Cecille Lewis Email: Cecille_lewis@tempe.gov Phone: 480-350-8801, Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid shall be directed to the Procurement Officer through Messages/Opportunity Q&A on the electronically. Proposals shall include equipment on which the original manufacturer's serial number has not been altered in any way. The City reserves the right to reject any and all equipment. Insurance Required: Prior to commencing services under this Contract, Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of the Contract insurance against claims for injuries (including death) to persons and damages to property, which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder by the Contractor, its agents, representatives, employees, subcontractors, or subsubcontractors. For Contractors with self-insurance, proof of self-insurance with minimum limits expressed below must be submitted on proper forms for evaluation prior to award of Contract.
