project cancelled The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract with a qualified firm(s) to provide for the inspection, servicing, testing, certification, upgrading and repair of fire alarm/protection systems, wet and dry chemical hood systems and fire extinguishers. The initial contract will be for a period of two-years with three, one-year renewal options exercisable based on performance and future pricing of the awarded firm. The City reserves the right to award by group and make multiple awards should, in the Citys determination, this decision provides better value and coverage for City equipment and systems. All work must comply with the most current guidelines as published by the National Fire Protection Associations (NFPA) guidelines. Questions Due Date: Nov 30th 2023, 5:00 PM MST
