July 26th, 2025 Warranty Duration from Project Substantial Completion: 12 months Warranty Duration from Date of Rework: 12 months Online Meeting Time for Questions January 16th, 2024, at 9:30AM CDT Questions Due January 16th, 2024 Notification of Selected Bidder Within 7 Days of Bid Opening Anticipated Work Start Date May, 2024 Anticipated Finish Date January, 2025 A technically acceptable Bid with the Best Value offered that best meets the OWNER's required need shall be the basis for evaluation of the Bids. Best Value will be scored with pricing (30%), ability to meet project schedule (40%), and Commercial/Technical (30%).
