Saving Project...

Site work, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Aransas Pass, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The City of Aransas Pass is accepting Request for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineerng services related to the planning/design for the construction of a new Fire Station and Police Station Remodel. The city is seekig the professional services of an architectural/engineering firm with extensive experience, skill, and success with the planning/design for a new fire station and police station remodel. The city is planning to use property which it currently owns for the construction of the proposed Fire Station. Current design intent is for a 2-story, approximately 16,000 SF fire station accommodating (5) drive-through apparatus bays, (6) 24-hour staff, and fire administration offices. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions regarding the RFQ shall also be directed to the City Secretary - City of Aransas Pass 600 W. Cleveland Aransas Pass, Texas 78336. The city reserves the right to select an Architectural/Engineering design team based solely on the evaluation of the responses to this RFQ. Alternatively, the city may select to hold interviews with no more than the three (3) highest-ranking Respondents.
