The scope of work generally includes improvements to three City owned and operated lift stations: Big Pin Oaks Lift Station, Big North Forest Lift Station, and FM 1097 East Lift Station; Demolition of one City owned and operated lift station: Little North Forest Lift Station including abandonment of existing gravity sewer and force main on Wooded Oak Ct and installation of new gravity sewer to outfall at Big North Forest Lift Station. Lift Station improvements include but are not limited to, the removal of existing piping/valves, pumps and pump accessories, electrical controls demolition or modification, installation of diesel backup pump including foundation, piping, and level monitoring system, installation of new piping/valves and new pumps/pump accessories, and installation of new electrical controls and other associated equipment.
