The Willis Independent School District (WISD) is soliciting Pricing from Qualified Firms from HVAC and Electrical Equipment for Elementary #7 as identified herein. ANY SUBMITTAL RECEIVED AFTER THE TIME AND DATE STATED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. UNSIGNED SUBMITTALS AND/OR SUBMITTALS RECEIVED VIA FACSIMILE OR EMAIL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL RESPONSES MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE ADDRESS SHOWN ABOVE. RESPONSES SENT/DELIVERED TO ANY OTHER DISTRICT ADDRESS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SPECIFICATIONS MAY RESULT IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. Submitters must provide all requested information; failure to comply with any portion of this solicitation will be reflected in the evaluation process. The WISD reserves the right to accept or reject any Submission or any part thereof or any combination of Submissions and to waive any or all formalities. All responses in the Submission may be used by the WISD in the selection process. The WISD reserves the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses by utilizing any information available to the WISD without regard to whether such information appears in the Submission. The Willis Independent School District ("WISD" or the "District") seeks Pricing and qualifications from firms ("Firm") capable of supplying & on time delivery of equipment as listed in this document. The WISD intends for this Request for Pricing (RFP) to result in the selection of a Firm (s) to provide HVAS and Electrical Equipment. It is expected that the successful Firm (s) will provide engineered stamped submittals / shop drawings to WISD for approval before placing order of equipment. Planning process, including utilizing its professional engineering expertise with regard to the District's current facilities assessment, the successful firm (s) may also expect to provide key communication services to WISD related to the documents provided herein. Responses received after the time and date set for receipt and opening will not be considered. All questions regarding the RFP shall be directed in writing to Ms. Jennifer Walker, Purchasing Department, via email at: Jennifer.walker@willisisd.org. All questions (submitted by Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.) and answers will be published via an addendum no later than Friday, December 15, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. No responses may be changed, amended or modified by any means after the qualifications package has been opened at the date and time shown. A formal "opening" will not be held. Trade secrets and confidential information contained in the RFP documents shall not generally be open for public inspection, but WISD's records are a matter of public record. Except as provided herein, interested firms shall not contact any WISD staff, Superintendent, or Board Member to discuss this solicitation at any time from date of issuance to action on selection. WISD reserves the right to reject such responses if Firm makes contact with anyone other than the Purchasing Coordinator. Any exemptions for ongoing projects must be approved by the Purchasing Coordinator and Facilities and Construction Director prior to such communication.
