Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

As of 1/16/2023, this project was not yet awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded after 5PM today. The City of Mauldin, SC, is soliciting a Request for Quotations (RFQ) from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of Asphalt Shingles and TPO Roofing at the City of Mauldin Senior Center facility. Proposals will address the following scope of work: Approximately 3,000 square feet of flat roof area. Approximately 17,000 square feet of pitched shingle roof. Clean the membrane roofing to ensure it is free of all dirt, debris, and other contaminants that could affect adhesion. Provide and adhere (at a minimum) a white 115 Mil Fleeceback TPO roofsystem over the existing roof. Remove and dispose of approximately 17,000 square feet of asphalt shingle roofing materials. Provide and install approximately 17,000 square feet of architectural shingle roofing. Treat all roof penetrations, drains, seams, and curbs. Flash all walls, drains, pipes, pitch pockets and penetrations. Flash all parapet walls just underneath the existing coping cap. Repair and replace all damaged roof soffits. All roof vents stack will be fitted with prefabricated pipe boot or flashing.
