Site work and paving for a civil project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This work includes the reconstruction of an existing road, and installation of an underground storm drainage system, water main, and sanitary sewer main on the Charlestown end of River Ridge Commerce Center in Clark County, Indiana. The work shall be substantially completed by July 31, 2024 Substantially complete shall mean that all water main and sanitary sewer shall be installed, all road work shall be completed and open to traffic through its final roadway surface, including curb and gutter, drainage features, markings, and signing as shown in the contract documents. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. on or before August 30, 2024. Complete sets of bidding documents can be provided via email in electronic PDF format.
