This Request for Proposal (RFP) represents a publicly advertised and competitively awarded solicitation by the City of Jeffersonville Sewer Board (or designees) (City) for the supply of Calcium Nitrate solution for the purpose of odor control in the sewer collection system as described in the Scope of Work and also for the provision of the services described herein. These services include, but are not limited to, provision and maintenance of chemical feed equipment, monthly inspections of the equipment, periodic H2S monitoring, monthly written reports, and monthly meetings. The City is seeking and will select a company that best demonstrates the ability to reliably provide these services at a competitive price. The contract will be awarded for a three-year term, with up to two possible one-year renewals. Renewals will be determined at the discretion of the City.
