Various Sites Backflow Testing Project. Failure to properly and timely submit these documents entitles District to, among other remedies, make a claim against Bidders Bid Bond or deposit Bidder’s cash, cashier's check, or certified check. The proceeds thereof may be retained by District as liquidated damages, in Districts sole discretion. Work shall be completed by December 31, 2023 (Contract Time).
