Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Morganfield, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

General Conditions Contractor will remove and dispose of existing floor covering. Contractor will supply and install vinyl plank flooring (Timeless Design Everlasting-Weathered oak or equivalent). Supply and Apply Interior Eggshell paint (2 coats walls and trim) Contractor will provide all new electrical and for new counters Contractor will provide qualified supervision for timely completion and quality control. 6% Sales tax is included in this quote. Builder's Risk, Workman's Comp, and General Liability insurance included. Contractor will provide a clean and safe working environment and work around clerks office to at least have some area accessible to customers. Contractor will provide all plans for all permitting upon owners approval. The Union County Fiscal Court shall reserve the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
