Reference Number 0000334546 Delta County is taking proposals for the remodel of approximately 50% of the existing Detention/Sheriff's Office that was built in 1984. The first floor that is currently occupied by the Sheriff's Office will be vacated in early January 2024. The Kitchen located on the first floor will continue to be in use. The second floor will continue to operate as the detention facility with plans to move inmates and staff as necessary for construction. With all the variables in construction pricing the County has broken up the project into several phases to ensure as much work as possible without going over budget.
