The INTERNATIONAL DRIVE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2 will consist of improvements to the Southbound Lanes of International Drive beginning at the intersection with Rainbow Road, Windsor and extending north to the Town Line that separates Windsor and East Granby. Work will include a peel and pave of the roadway surface, with sections of full depth reconstruction. The project also includes the installation of curbing, replacement of catch basin tops, pavement marking, and restoration of disturbed areas. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive defects in same if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town of Windsor.
