Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, or a bid bond for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the bid. Performance and payment bonds are required for contracts with a value of $150,000 and above. The forms for the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond, to be executed by the successful Bidder for the Work and delivered to the City not later than the date of execution of the Contract, are the standard forms of the City of Portland, Oregon. The City reserves the right to request the original notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit after bid opening if the electronic format is not acceptable. All public improvement projects with an engineer s estimate of $500,000 or greater requires pre-qualification. Construction contractors must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board in accordance with ORS 701.021 and any other specialty licensing as required in the bid specification prior to submitting a bid to the City. Requests for additional information or interpretation of the bid document shall be submitted to the Buyer no later than seven (7) days before the deadline for submission of bids. Bid due date is indicated on the cover of the Bid Document.
