This project will construct new public sanitary sewer mains and laterals in the Sellwood Neighborhood to replace existing private nonconforming sewer connections, provide new connections for properties with on-site disposal systems, and rehabilitate 3 segments of existing public sewer. In coordination with PBOT two intersections will receive update ADA ramps and safety pedestrian striping and signage. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations. Construct drainage system including sewer pipes, sewer laterals, maintenance holes, and inlets. Construct roadway improvements including cold plane, aggregate base, HMAC wearing surfaces, concrete curb, and sidewalks. Provide rodent control within project area. James W.
