Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Big Flats, New York. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of February 8, 2024, 2023, they decided not to continue the project no plans to rebid yet The Town of Big Flats is proposing to install 6 pickleball courts at Community Park Extension as noted in the image below. The Town is looking for a firm to complete the design and construction of the courts in a design-build approach. The Town has completed a preliminar sketch showing the proposed development and scope of work for the bidders which is included as part of this RFP. Qualified firms shall use this for the basis of design and estimating. Scope of services include analysis of the site, final design, and construction of the described project in a good and workman-like manner. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing and providing the Town with a Final Design that is consistent with the standards outlined in this RFP. The Town has a greenspace area located in Community Park Extension as indicated on the Concept Plan enclosed. The Town is looking to install 6 courts with an approximate area of 128' x 108' consistent with the details and exhibits provided as part of this RFP.
