The City of Phoenix (City) invites sealed offer to provide electrical services on an as-needed basis for a five (5) year period commencing on or about February 1, 2024. Locations include, but are not limited to: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and surrounding airport properties (Airports) Deer Valley Airport Goodyear Airport Phoenix Convention Center Water Service Department, various locations The participating departments for the resultant contract(s) are the Aviation Department, Water Services Department and the Phoenix Convention Center. Contractor will supply all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish required electrical work/services. The City of Phoenix will have sole discretion as to any acceptable alternate product or service. Typical services will include: o General electrical services o Service entrance and general electrical preventative maintenance o Replacement of electrical wire and conduit due to wire theft/vandalism If required by law for the operation of the business or work related to this Offer, Offeror must possess all valid certifications and/or licenses as required by federal, state or local laws at the time of submittal. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS: November 29, 2023, 11:00am All questions that arise relating to this Solicitation should be directed via email to the Procurement Officer and must be received by the due date indicated in the Schedule of Events. The City will not consider questions received after the deadline. The City reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations, as necessary. The City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site Visit.
