RFPQ 22-220-G The Project includes the following Work: The project comprises of three (3) separate site locations, each with its own Plans and Specifications. It involves the cleaning and restoration of corrugated metal pipes (CMP) using either Cured-In-Place Pipe (C.I.P.P) or Structural Concrete methods. Additionally, any issues with the associated structures shall be addressed. Outlet protection will be installed according to GDOT D-55B guidelines. Any grassed areas that are disrupted during the project will be restored with suitable sod, and any landscaped areas affected will be returned to their pre-construction condition. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required. The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids Exactly 90 calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract. Liquidated damages have been set at $500 per calendar day in accordance with the General and Supplemental Conditions.
