It aims to line approximately 110 Linear Feet of 60' Corrugated Metal Pipe, combining measurements from two (2) pipe sections that carry a live stream underneath the roadway, utilizing either C.I.P.P. or Structural Concrete. Appropriate signs, flags, personnel, such as flaggers, barriers, and necessary safety gear must be provided as necessary. A Traffic Control Plan and Right of Way Permit will be required. It aims to line approximately 110 Linear Feet of 6'' Corrugated Metal Pipe, combining measurements from two (2) pipe sections that carry a live stream underneath the roadway, utilizing either C.I.P.P. or Structural Concrete. Appropriate signs, flags, personnel, such as flaggers, barriers, and necessary safety gear must be provided as necessary. A Traffic Control Plan and Right of Way Permit will be required. Exactly 30 calendar days have been set aside for performance of the contract. Liquidated damages have been set at $500 per calendar day in accordance with the General and Supplemental Conditions. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required. Payment and Performance bonds equal to 100% of the Awarded Contract value are required. The City reserves the right to reject any one or all bids.
