Site work for a water / sewer project in Thiensville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project involves rehabilitation of approximately 14 sanitary sewer laterals, including but not limited to: lateral replacement pipe bursting of approximately 1,100 L.F. of 4-inch to 6-inch sanitary laterals, pavement, basement and lawn restoration, and erosion control. This Work is funded in whole or in part by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Program. Awarded Contractor must be an MMSD approved Contractor. Est. Value: $ 276,000.00 A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Thiensville at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Thiensville equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Thiensville as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Thiensville reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
