EWEB requests proposals from engineering consulting firms interested in providing engineering and design services for a rebuild of EWEB s Jessen substation in Eugene, OR. The new substation will be rebuilt on the same piece of property with the existing substation fully removed from service. Available Date : 11/15/2023 01:11:17 PM As of April 15, 2024, per owner design team has been identified and project has started. Contract Completion May 1, 2026 EWEB reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities (EWEB Rule 3-0470); may cancel the Request for Proposals; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to EWEB Rule 3-0640. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The EWEB estimate for this project is $600,000.
