Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Del Rio, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

The City is seeking a qualified architectural services firm to provide design for a Community Recreation Center at 500 Hernandez Street in Del Rio, Texas. The project will include the design and development of construction plans for the building and parking lot. The design should incorporate a recreation center and gym, along with office space with a conference room for staff to use. The Community Recreation Center must also include multi-purpose rooms that can be used for special events and activities for the elderly. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all statements of qualification, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 12/03/2023 Proposers are asked to examine this RFQ upon request. All questions or clarifications concerning submittal specifics shall only be directed in writing via e-mail to Luis Menchaca, Purchasing Agent (Luis.Menchaca@cityofdelrio.com) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
