The City of Lowell, ("Owner") is seeking the services of a qualified "Owner's Project Manager" as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2 and as further defined by the provisions of this RFS, to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction of the Lowell Firehouses. The Owner is requesting the services of an Owner's Project Manager to represent the Owner during the oversight of design and construction of eight active fire stations and one training center. Repairs and improvements are necessary to all firehouses, to store the newest fire trucks, maintain a safe work environment and provide electricity in the event of a power outage.
