Renovation of a stadium in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The scope of work involves installing dedicated fancoil units in various IDF rooms and new condensing units on the roof. Security upgrades to include new doors with electrified mortise locks, access control panels, and card readers. Additionally, new cameras will be installed in the wiring closets and in their corresponding hallways. New racks and cable management equipment will be installed in the IDF and server rooms. Existing legacy copper data cabling and telecommunications equipment will be removed, and new data and multi-mode fiber cables will be installed. MWBE Goal: 9% MBE and 3% WBE Estimated Construction Budget: $1,695,570.00
