Description

Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Project: Contractor to provide and install one (1) 15,000-gallon Hydropneumatic Tank complete with reinforced concrete foundations, interconnecting piping, air supply and piping, drain piping, water level controls, electrical, sitework and all required appurtenances. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid.
