The WWTP Garage is approximately 5,025 square feet in size. The existing roof is a fully adhered EPDM roof on 1.5-inch iso insulation on a metal deck. The roofing is to be completely removed down to the existing deck surface. The new roof system to be installed is a fully adhered EPDM membrane on a tapered iso insulation system. Project scope also includes removing the existing precast concrete mansard panels, aluminum soffit, and soffit lighting, and installing new precast concrete mansard panels, aluminum soffit, and soffit lighting. The Pump Station #2 is approximately 1,660 square feet in size. The existing roofing of fully adhered EPDM membrane on insulation is to be completely removed down to the deck.
