Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
OCH intends to retain a consulting firm to complete carport terrace and cladding repairs at Tapiola Court, Ottawa, Ontario as defined in the Scope of Work, attached as Schedule A. Tapiola Court consists of fifteen (15) blocks of two (2) storey townhomes with a total of 100 units. This community was originally constructed approximately in 1984. Refer to Site Plan in Appendix for further details. The Contract term will be for three (3) years or until the work is complete.
