The Jefferson County Invasive Species Management (JCISM) team requires contracted labor to assist them in completing their work plans. This work will consist of removing and disposing of noxious weeds including but not limited to Myrtle spurge throughout selected properties within Jefferson County. The work will take place at various privately and publicly owned properties within Jefferson County for up to 25 days per year and includes but is not limited to the following work: Noxious weed removal and disposal. Work shall be completed by the primary contractor only. No subcontracting is permitted. This project must be completed by December 31, 2026. However, all funds must be encumbered upon Purchase Order execution. This is a reissue and the changes to the specifications are as follows: The targeted budget for this project is $65,000. The start date will be in April 2024 and run through December 2026. The Appendix B Bid Sheet has been updated with different rate increments.
