Additional project items include installing mini split HVAC systems in the units and replacing all unit and common area windows. There are 53 units with 2 windows each. Additionally, the existing community laundry room and staff office will be relocated to accommodate the new elevator design. Work may include but is not limited to design program review, planning, design review, scheduling, cost estimating, life-cycle cost-engineering, value-engineering, constructability reviews, construction sequencing options and the CM/GC will also serve as general contractor for the project, at-risk. The Authority expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals Bid Bonds. For construction contracts exceeding $50,000, offerors shall be required to submit a bid guarantee of 5% of the bid price Payment Bonds.
