The Authority owns and operates the following apartment community, located at 1411 8th St.; Golden, CO 80401, which is a senior multifamily affordable housing community. Canyon Gate has a total of 53 units on 4 floors. This section summarizes the scope of work under this RFP (Scope of Work), which is described in greater detail below and in the Contract Documents and Exhibits. The Scope of Work shall include a Geotechnical/Soils report for the area located in the attached site picture.
