The Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Colorado State Patrol, is seeking qualified Offerors for weatherizing Mule Barn, Bldg. #59, at Camp George West in Golden, Colorado. The state of Colorado, Department of Public Safety is requesting a Documented Quote from a single Offeror for installing a new drain line which will reroute to the northeast side of the facility. The Offeror shall be the prime for every part of this project and select sub-contractors as needed. The Offeror must verify all measurements to insure all materials are included within their proposal. The work within this project is to remove existing metal roofing, installing Oriental strand board (OSB), replacing corrugated metal roof, installing metal siding panels (match existing) on all building exterior walls, painting panels and restoring front /back of building to preserve historic appearance. All elements of pricing, including design, material production, and delivery of product must be based on the work being performed. Quote must include demo of existing concrete, cutting of asphalt and concrete, removal of all demoed unused materials, removal of any and all trash and a final cleanup once work is completed and approved. Completion of project must be completed within 90 days from the notice to proceed and due to the nature of this facility; all materials must be received and ready prior to scheduling installation dates. Concrete and or asphalt may be an exception to this. Metal panels and metal roofing must match existing panels and be approved be Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS) project management
