Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a library; for site work for a library; and for the demolition of a library.

The Yucca Branch Library opened to the public in March 1969. It was remodeled in 2001. It is the fourth busiest branch in the Phoenix Public Library system. The library building is 10,000 square feet and is scheduled to be doubled in size to 20,000 square feet. The Yucca Library expansion of 10,000 square feet will improve the visitor's experience. The expansion will add new amenities and reduce wait times. The additional space will provide new meeting areas, study rooms, and programming space, allowing for additional public computers and library materials. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 at 4:00 PM MT The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
