Site work for a golf course in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.

construction of a replacement retaining wall on Hole #4 Green at Clear Creek Golf Center. This curved wall borders an irrigation lake and has an approximate length of 150 -160 feet and approximate maximum height of 34 inches. Natural or manufactured stone is the requested building material. In addition to construction of the new wall, the contractor will be responsible for removal of the current wall, installation of footer, installation of proper drainage, and grading/seeding of the area. All necessary building materials including delivery should be detailed in the bid. Drawings, stone samples, and construction timetable are requested to be submitted with bid Construction will be requested to be completed by March 30th, 2024. The Parks reserves the right to: accept the bid deemed to be in its best interest, not necessarily the lowest bid; the right to disqualify bids deemed to be defective; and the right to waive defects in bids where such defects are not deemed significant. Shelbyville/Shelby County Parks Board wishes to give notice to all prospective bidders that participation from Small Business and DBE's is strongly encouraged. State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds will be used to fund the equipment.
