Renovation of a municipal facility in Storrs Mansfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project entails the removal and replacement of the roof system at the Louis von der Mehden Recital Hall. The Project includes removal and replacement of the existing roof coverings, insulation, sheet metal components and drains at all roof levels on von der Mehden Recital Hall. There is some miscellaneous masonry work required to account for the increase in the insulation thickness. Q&A (RFI) Due: 2/22/2024 2:00 PM Provide a copy of a Bid Bond made out in the penal sum of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount. In lieu of a Bid Bond, a Certified Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount is acceptable. Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and (2) not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Contract Price be awarded to subcontractors who are certified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services as Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) (the 10% set aside for MBEs may be included in the 30% set aside for SBEs).
