Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 12/12/2023, this project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded on 12/18/2023. Sealed Bids are being accepted for removal and installation of two Air Cooled scroll chillers at Riverview Park Activities Center in North Augusta, SC. All formal inquiries relating to this bid should be addressed in writing to: Rick Meyer, Director Parks & Recreation, 100 Riverview Park Drive, North Augusta, SC 29841 rmeyer@northaugustasc.gov Scope 1. Provide all labor, materials and crane to replace the existing York YCAL 0134 chillers (2 Chillers) 2. Remove refrigerant per EPA regulations 3. Properly shut down, disconnect and remove existing Chillers 4. Properly install new replacement York scroll chillers, MN# YLAA 0139 5. Complete start up and operational checks. 6. Insure proper operational communication with existing (Carrier i-vu) controls system *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
