The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office - Miami in support of the US Army Garrison - Miami/ Department of Publics Works is seeking contractor support for Facility Support Services (to include Facility Operations and Maintenance Services, Custodial Services, Solid Waste Services, Grounds Maintenance, and Pest Control Services) at two (2) US Army Garrison Miami sites: a 55-acre site with 650,000 square feet of primary facilities at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, FL 33172 and an 89-acre Homestead site with 240,000 square feet of primary facilities at 29401 SW 125th Avenue, Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL 33039. This requirement is a set-a-side for 8(a) Small Businesses under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561210. This requirement is for a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The Government will hold site visits at US Army Garrison - Miami and Homestead Air Reserve Base on 7 and 8 March 2024 beginning at 8:00 AM (EST). All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees and complete the USSOUTHCOM Personnel Security Local Records Check (HSPD12).
