PROJECT LOCATION Wastewater Treatment Facility 551 SE 8th Street Homestead, FL 33030 These services shall only be performed when requested by the City via a task order/purchase order. The City of Homestead is an Equal Opportunity Employer. MBE/WBE/DBE businesses are encouraged to participate. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, for the removal, cleaning, and replacement of effluent in areas as designated in writing, on an as needed basis, as specified herein and to proper specifications as per Department of Environmental Protection which is and does become a part of this Bid. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities or technicalities in proposals or reject all proposals or any part of any proposal they deem necessary for the best interest of the City of Homestead, Florida.
