Bidders shall be aware that additional milling may be necessary for drainage purposes and for smooth transitions with utilities. Bidders shall be aware that pavements to be milled may consist of concrete, asphalt or composite pavements. Some pavements may contain geotextile reinforcements below the surface layer. A bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in equal amount to five (5) percent of the bid (including Add Alternates) shall be submitted (electronically) with each bid.
