Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Document notes : In accordance with LA R.S. 38:2212, deposits on the first set of documents furnished to bonfire prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. For additional sets of documents, furnished to the bidder, the deposit less the actual cost of reproduction will be refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities. The Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive technicalities in accordance with Louisiana R.S. 38:2214 and further, reserves the right to delay awarding of the contract for a period of forty-five (45) days. Prior to performing work on this project, all Contractors shall be properly licensed under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of Louisiana Revised Statutes (R.S. 37:2150-2164 as amended).
