Site work and paving for a civil project in Ironton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

The waterline portion of the project includes the installation of approximately 7,400 linear feet of 10" waterline PVC C900 DR18, 70 linear feet of 6" waterline PVC C900 DR18, 20 linear feet of 12" waterline PVC C900 DR18, valves, hydrant, meters, connection to the existing City of Ironton Water System, a new master meter pit and other necessary appurtenances. The roadway portion of the project includes the complete removal and rebuild of approximately 2,974 CY of the north bound lane on South 3rd Street from Lorain Street to the bridge. The rebuild of the north bound lane will also include the replacement of 665 linear feet of 12" PVC storm piping, 35 linear feet of 10" PVC storm piping, (4) ODOT CB No. 3, and (4) ODOT MH 3. The roadway improvements also include 2" milling and filling of asphalt concrete for approximately 8,467 SY of the south bound lane on South 3rd Street from Lorain Street to the bridge. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED, be Substantially Complete within 305 consecutive calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions to the Contract and to fully complete the PROJECT within 335 consecutive calendar days after the date the Contract Time commences to run The use of domestic steel is required on this project. The requirements of American Iron & Steel (AIS) and Build America, Buy America (BABA) Acts are part of this project. Federal Davis-Bacon Wage rates are required on this project.
