The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional engineering services for roadway infrastructure improvements. The goal of this project is to transform a portion of Lousiana Avenue into a "calm street" through the installation of various traffic calming measures. The project will extend from Holly Hills Avenue to Meramec Street, a distance of approximately 1.5 miles. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
