Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The City desires to obtain proposals from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities to enter into a fixed price contract relative to supplying Tree Trimming, Forestry, Slope Mowing, & Removal Services. Contract period shall be for an initial one (1) year period with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods contingent upon satisfactory service ad mutual agreement of the parties. Economic price adjustments may be allowed if the appropriate documentation is provided to substantiate the price adjustment. Bids/Proposals received after such time will be returned unopened. A Bidder/Respondent may withdraw his bid without prejudice to himself before award. A Bidder/Respondent may not change or adjust submitted quote or bid after closing date and time. Under no circumstances shall bids delivered after the time specified be accepted or considered. The City of Port St. Lucie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified Proposers, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as it may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City.
