Project Description The Centennial Building located at 1313 Sherman St., Denver, was open for services in 1976 and is occupied by multiple different State agencies such as, State Archives, Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) and Governor's support staff. During the arctic cold snap the Denver metro area experienced in December 2022, multiple heating coils froze causing water damage through parts of the lower, three floors of the building. The primary objective of this project is to replace the finishing's' that were removed during the water mitigation process.
