Contract Administrator (CA): Kat Herrera E-Mail: contract.procurement@flydenver.com This is a competitive Request for Bid (RFB) to select a qualified contractor the DEN Window cleaning project at Denver International Airport (DEN).The vendor under this contractual will provide window cleaning services in the Landside Outlying Buildings, Maintenance Center, Ground Transportation Facility, Parking Garages, Parking Shelters, Parking Exit Booths, Satellite Badging Office, TSA/DPD Kennel Facility, Carpenter Shop, Worldport, AOB, AOB Connector Bridge and Hotel/Transit Center. DEN will be adding additional glass areas in the Main Terminal during the duration of this contract. The additional glass footprint will be assigned to this contract. The Division of Small Business Opportunity Office has assigned a 20% MWBE Goal for this project.
