Reference Number 0000335716 The City of Grand Rapids, Michigan (City), acting through the Office of Sustainability and Strategy, is issuing this Request for Information and Request for Qualifications (RFI/RFQ) from eligible respondents to identify innovative applications of solar photovoltaic (solar) systems at the former Butterworth Landfill (Butterworth or Site), a U.S. EPA regulated Superfund site, to supply clean renewable electricity to both the City's Primary Circuit and other potential partners. With this RFI/RFQ, the City seeks to identify qualified potential proposers with innovative approaches to building cost-effective solar at Butterworth.
