SCOPE Prior to mowing at each site, the Respondent will be required to collect and remove any rocks and all trash and debris. Any material removed shall be disposed by the Respondent. Lawn mowing services are to be performed at the following six (6) sites during the first and third full weeks of each month between April 15 and October 31. Work shall be conducted Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. No work shall be conducted on Kent County observed holidays or weekends. No subcontract labor is to be used without prior written permission of the Kent County Drain Commissioner. This is a one (1) year contract starting in 2024 with two (2) additional, one (1) year optional renewals. Mowing season is April 15 - October 31.
