Site work for a mixed-use development in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Approximately 3.4km of sanitary forcemain (400mm PVC AWWA C905/450mm HDPE PE4710 DR17) along Wallace Drive and Sluggett Road. Portions are common trenched with new gravity sewer mains. Approximately 410m of new gravity sewer main along Tickner Road (road allowance) complete with a new gravel trail. Converting Stellys Syphon (on Stellys Cross Road) into a gravity sewer, including approximately 500m of 300mm PVC DR35 sanitary line, 13 new / buildover manholes. Roadway widening for shared lanes along Wallace Drive including approximately 2500m2 of asphalt pavement, 1000m2 of concrete sidewalk, 685m of concrete curb and gutter, 1140m of concrete roadside barrier. Replacement of various drainage culverts, including extension of an existing large concrete box culvert in Graham Creek. All works in accordance with the contract documents, including temporary and ancillary works. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
