The project consists of installation of a new generator that services the kitchen and admin areas of K-12 campus. The project also includes level 2 w.p. generator enclosure, new generator service equipment and replacement of the transformer and switchboards in the electrical room of the basement. Site Availability: June 14 th 2024 to August 15 th 2024 for all dirt work and all concrete work. June 18 th , 2025 to July 31 st2025 for all electrical work. Substantial Completion: August 1st, 2025.
