The City of Tampa seeks Professional Design-Build services for Athletic Field Lighting Citywide -Design-Build for Tampa's Parks and Recreation Department. The scope shall include, but not be limited to the following: *Comprehensive design services for Athletic Field and Court lighting, Including area lighting as needed for safety. *Electrical Engineering as required for permitting *Structural Engineering as required for permitting proposed systems *Regulatory permitting *Development of Guaranteed Maximum Price for Design, Supply and installation of lighting systems including all electrical design/permitting required for each location. Total Project Budget including the design, engineering, permitting, installation, setup, monitoring and warranty. $6,400,000.
